haha, well i live in south texas, washing clhtoes in a creek is a problem, but not as much as running the a/c/ i think. I have an all brick home, high attic, lots of attic insl and ventilation (moving air). Half of my electric bill is my a/c. I used 1749 KWh for the month of May, and half of that was my a/c. We only use hot water a couple hours a day, hand wash dishes and hang clhtoes on the line, and I cook most of our food on my gas grill outside.i just don't see it being enough
